- Initial Consultation: Contact us to schedule a free consultation with one of our experts. We will discuss your research goals and help you design the best experimental approach.
- Project Scoping and Quotation: Based on your needs, we will provide you with a detailed project scope and a competitive price quotation.
- Order Placement: Once you are ready to proceed, you can place your order through our online iLab portal.
- Production and Quality Control: Our team will then produce your custom mRNA and/or LNPs, and perform rigorous quality control to ensure that they meet your specifications.
- Product Delivery: We will deliver your products to you in a timely manner, along with a detailed report of the quality control results.
- Post-delivery Support: We are available to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to help you get the most out of our products.

Ordering through the iLab Portal
If you are ready to place an order for RNA-LNP production, the process is made easy with iLab! Just follow these simple steps:
- Go to the iLab portal: https://med-upenn.corefacilities.org/service_center/show_external/6131
- Log in: If you have an account, log in with your credentials. If you are a new user, you will need to register for an account (internal UPenn users may use UPenn credentials; also available to external users).
- Find our core facility: Navigate to the list of cores and select “Engineered mRNA and Targeted Nanomedicine Core”.
- Initiate a service request: Click on the “Request Services” tab and select the service you are interested in.
- Fill out the form: Complete the online form with the details of your request.
- Submit your request: Once you have completed the form, click on the “Submit” button to place your order.
Our team will review your request and contact you to confirm the details.
